Size Guide

- BONAFIDE JEWLERY complies with KS(Korean Size) standard specifications.

- Please refer to the Size Guide for measurement instructions.

Colors

- Silver products may tarnish over time. To prevent this, white gold plating is recommended.

- For designs containing pearls, the use of silver immersion cleaner is not suitable due to the nature of pearls. If a silver color is desired, the product will be manufactured with white gold plating.

- The actual product color may vary slightly from the sample images displayed on the screen.

Precautions

- All products are made to order and take 7 to 14 days to produce, excluding public holidays.

- Since they are made to order, exchanges and refunds are not possible, so please purchase carefully.

- Please refer to the size guide before ordering rings and bracelets.

- The color and shape of the actual product may be slightly different from the sample image shown on the screen.

- The actual product size may differ from the one described depending on the measurement environment and method.

- Due to the nature of the material, there may be minor stains and scratches, and this is not a reason for exchange or refund due to product defects.

- In the case of plated products, they may feel slightly stiff immediately after receiving them, but they will gradually soften over time, and this is not a reason for exchange or refund due to product defects.

- In the case of plated products, they are made with nickel-free allergy-free plating, but they may react differently depending on the wearer's skin sensitivity.

- In the case of pearl necklaces, they may not form a perfect circle immediately after receiving them, but they will gradually form a soft curve over time, and this is not a reason for exchange or refund due to product defects.

- In order to reduce waste, even if you purchase two or more products, they will be packaged and shipped in one package. If you need individual packages for each product, please let us know through email after ordering.

How to Care      

-  To prevent tarnish of the product, avoid contact with water, lotion, perfume, etc. as much as possible, and when not being worn, gently wipe it with a silver polishing cloth and store it individually in a poly bag.

- It is recommended to keep away from places with high temperature, humidity and avoid direct sunlight.

- If it discolors, using a silver cleaner will help restore the color. Please refrain from using plated products as much as possible as the plating may peel off.

- Please be aware that applying unnecessary impact may deform or break the shape of the product.

Warrenty & Repairs

- The quality warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase.

- For repair inquiries, please leave a message via Channel Talk or send us an email at jewelry.bonafide@gmail.com. We will assist you as soon as possible.

- During the quality warranty period, one free repair is possible, but additional costs may be incurred or repair may not be possible depending on the degree of product damage caused by customer negligence. The round-trip shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer.

- During the quality warranty period, one free re-plating is possible only for plated products. Additional re-plating costs may vary depending on the product.

- When requesting repair, please be sure to enclose the quality warranty along with the product.

- If your order arrives broken or in an unacceptable condition, please inform through the Channel Talk or send us an email at jewelry.bonafide@gmail.com immediately and ship the order back within 7 days to avoid any delays or penalties. In case of a simple change of mind, the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, so please pay the prepaid shipping fee and send it directly through the delivery company of your choice.

- Due to the nature of custom-made products, exchanges and refunds are not possible. Please make your purchase carefully.

- In case of product defects or incorrect delivery, we will exchange the unworn product for the same product you ordered, and all shipping costs will be borne by us.

- All exchanges are limited to unworn products, so we recommend that the product is carefully checked for defects before trying it. If signs of wear are found, exchanges may not be possible.

- Simple changes of mind or carelessness in choosing a size are not eligible for exchange.
